For most actual repairs, the turn around for service will be approximately 24-48 hours, depending on current workload. Rest assured, however, that even when the doors are closed, P2P technicians will work extra hard to get your repairs done in the most timely manner possible.

What if my repair requires parts?

P2P uses a number of nationwide parts distributors to get your necessary repair parts in as quickly as possible, sometimes even overnight. All parts repairs are subject to availability of the part in question and while we would love to guarantee a delivery date, we can only give you our best estimate when your problem has been diagnosed.

I am a college student with the PSU school system, do you offer any special rates to students?

P2P service and parts rates are already so low that everyone is able to enjoy more fair and comparable prices than any large company can provide you. We do, however, offer special student services such as rental machines during repair times and special offers on priority service.

Do you price match your services and retail stock?
